Just a couple reminders:
The Maycroft Cup is this Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010. Get your entries in ASAP. The NOR & Entry form w/Captains Waiver are attached or available on www.elisailing.org. This year Atlantis Weather Gear will be supplying extra prizes (on top of the usual trophies awarded) to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishers in each division.
A few Whitebread Deadline dates are fastly approaching:
Monday, September 20, 2010 - Late Entry Postmark Deadline Last Postmark Date for all mailed applications. Sorry, Absolutely No Exceptions! Accordingly, you are strongly urged to mail your application in a timely manner.
Wednesday, September 22, 2010 - Entry Deadline: Completed application and Entry Fee must be in the hands of the Race Committee by this date. Mailed entries received after this date that do not meet this Postmark Deadline, will be returned.
Wednesday, September 22, 2010 - Division Change Deadline: Changes between Spinnaker division and Non-Spinnaker division will not be permitted after this date.

Don't forget to sign up for the 9/25 Maycroft Cup. Please get the entries in by Wednesday (9/22), but the earlier, the better and definitely appreciated.
Whitebread (10/2) entries must be postmarked by 9/20 or in the hands of the RC by 9/22 - you now have to pay the $35 surcharge for getting it in after 9/7..

Crew and others,
I have heard that the Awards Dinner is set for Friday, October 29, 2010 at B Smith's in Sag Harbor. This year it will be a cash bar to try and keep the cost down for those that don't drink.
More details will be sent out as soon as I get them.
